Mobile Hot Mix Plant with separate drying and mixing system. The whole unit is mounted on a strong heavy chassis with jacks, with four pneumatic tyres for easy maneuverability. It is complete with loading skip, Air blower, Dust collector & special types of oil burner. The plant is fitted with adequate rated diesel engine.

A fabricated special type drying drum and separate heavy duty mixing drum with mixing blade for quick mixing of the materials has been provided, It also has a ducting discharge box and chute. Toolbox is provided.

Hot Bitumen Pressure Distributor consist of insulted bitumen tank of capacity 1000 Ltr. with arrangement for heating and other standard accessories such as gear pump, Spray bar.

It is mounted on fabricated chassis with four pneumatic tyres wheels and fitted with adequate rated Air Cooled Diesel Engine.

Mobile Hot Mix Plant has a separate drying and mixing system. It is mounted on a chassis fabricated with roller steel section which has single rigid axle or double axle with pneumatic tyres fitted with drawbar turntable for easy towing. It also has a cold bucket elevator for feeding cold aggregates to the drum.

There is a storage ring of larger diameter at the discharge end of the dryer drum for holding hot aggregates. The drum runs on 4 nos. of cast iron rollers with bearings.

Mixing unit comes with twin shaft pugmill and heavy duty paddle arms and tips. The driver is driven through reduction gear and chain drives. The plant is fitted with adequate rated diesel engine. It is provided with a bitumen boiler along with an efficient dust collector, toolbox and jack.

Mobile Hot Mix Plant (asphalt) separate drying and mixing unit is approximately of 10 cft. batch capacity 6/10 tons per hour. Mounted on a strong heavy chassis with jacks on four pneumatic tyres for easy maneuverability.

Oil Fitted Tar Boiler (bitumen) Of capacity 1000 Ltr. 1500 Ltr, 2000 Ltr. & 3000 Ltr, Its Materials pan is made of MS Plant. The space between the inner and outer pan is packed with glass wool covered with MS sheet, mounted on fabricated chassis with tyre/M.S. wheels.

The unit is fitted with oil tank, Outlet and inlet valves, Oil Burner, Blower Powered by air-cooled Diesel Engine as per I.S. : 2094 (1974)
