Rs 15000 to 45000 are charged extra for heavy channel frame vibration control pads, if to install it on upper floor.
For up to 30 H.P. machines heavy duty gears pinions are fitted, which are manufactured by milling machines. In bigger machines heavy duty reducer gear boxes are fitted.Gear covers are equipped for all gears, Pinions have longer life.
Double worm gear type roller costs 40% extra to provide uniform sample passed per batch in fix time and at regular even the few quantity of chemicals are mixed.Always use 960 R.P.M. motor.
In bigger machines, motor can be used 5 to 10 H.P. for light weight dry material.Capacity is mentioned for grains like wheat for light weight material production can be reduced by 50%.
At the time of delivery of machine 1 motor pulley, 1 kg grease, 1 kg grease gun, 1 ribbon blender strip sample is also given.Under planning with distt. Industries center, loan can be got sanctioned from any nationalised bank or state financial corporation.
