This is a simple study and a portable Machine. Various types of concrete blocks like Cavity Blocks, Solid Blocks, Compound wall Blocks, Lintel Blocks, Road Divider Blocks or any other type of block can be manufactured by this machine.
Blocks are very light and have excellent strength as per ISI code, offer good insulation against heat and cold : are sound absorbing also.
These machines are designed for long lasting service.
All normally wearing parts are easily changeable.
Even an unskilled worker can operate this machine easily.

Operational Details

Mould & Rams are interchangeable. It takes 30 minutes to change the ram mould.
Any type of ram and mould can be produced for manufacturing various types of concrete blocks as per Customer requirements.
All spare parts are A) Readily Available B) Easily Changeable.
Warranty: Guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of six months excluding electrical items, Rubber parts & Hardware items.
Recommended Mix Ratio: 1 : 3 : 6 i.e. 1 part of cement 3 parts of washed sand & stone dust – 6 parts of 6mm & 12mm aggregate for Solid blocks. Instead of sand crushed stone can be used 10% Fly ash can be added in this mix ratio.
Water Cement Ratio- 0.45 to 0.55
Curing time for Concrete Blocks 15 to 20 days & drying Time 3 days Rubber pipes or sprinklers can be used for curing.
Casted Blocks can be shifted from platform after 20 hours.
Plates are not required. Blocks are casted on the strong & Levelled Concrete platform.
Voltage Stabilizer to be fixed on incoming supply to save, electrical items from burning.
For better output concrete mixer to be used for mixing of concrete.
Only recommended hydraulic oil to be used for hydraulic system. (68no.)
Minimum 3 Nos. Of Trolley’s to be used for concrete mix handling for better output of Blocks.
Proper Cleaning, Oiling and Greasing to be done regularly to increase life of the machines.
Moulds to be cleaned properly to avoid Breakages of blocks.
